Waste to Energy Index increases 10.78%
Thursday October 07, 2021 The Waste to Energy Composite Index was up 10.78% over the past month. The 90 day trend was positive 16.07% and plus 0.14% in the last 7 days. Tire Derived Fuel (TDF) rose $2.31 USD/MT in the past 30 days, Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) advanced $0.31 USD/MT and Hogged Wood Fuel jumped $0.85 USD/MT. Used Vegetable Oil UVO increased $0.07 USD/GALLON US, Used Motor Oil rose $0.11 USD/GALLON US on a month over month basis. The Waste to Energy Composite Index tracks the changing market prices of a group of waste commodities that are recovered for their energy conversion value. The Index consists of a weighted basket of 9 benchmark grades of waste derived fuels and is available by subscription . The Waste to Energy Heartbeat is available on a subscription basis and allows you to track the day to day changing market prices for Waste to Energy commodities. |
