Over the past 30 days The Secondary Commodity Index, which tracks market trends across 11 recycling industry sectors. advanced 0.75%.

Scrap Metals fell 0.87%, wastepaper was up 3.36% while recovered plastics increased 0.55%.

The Waste to Energy Index advanced 10.80%, Textiles increased 1.82%, and activity in the recovered industrial minerals sector resulted in a positive 0.21%. Precious and exotic metals fell 1.32% and the scrap tire index was down 0.86%.

The Municipal Curbside Recycling Index increased 3.95%, Electronic Scrap was up 2.40% and the Automotive Recycling Index fell 2.25%.
