Over the past 30 days The Secondary Commodity Index, which tracks market trends across 11 recycling industry sectors. declined 0.48%.

Scrap Metals fell 3.63%, wastepaper was down 1.32% while recovered plastics decreased 0.95%.

The Waste to Energy Index advanced 5.10%, Textiles decreased 0.02%, and activity in the recovered industrial minerals sector resulted in a negative 0.01%. Precious and exotic metals fell 2.26% and the scrap tire index was down 0.82%.

The Municipal Curbside Recycling Index increased 0.52%, Electronic Scrap was up 4.47% and the Automotive Recycling Index fell 2.02%.
