We have following equipments and capabilities to service our customers such as resin producers, compounders, recyclers(regrinds, flakes) reclaimers. 1) Circular -3- deck screener/sifter for removing dusts, fines<1mm,and anything larger than 6mm- Our system can run 2000 lbs/hrs or 16000 lbs/day. This is mainly used to remove undesirable materials as well as size separation of regrinds and pelletized/resins. It performs both size separation and materials cleaning process together. Currently, we operate 8hr/day and 5 days/week this allows us to process 80000 lbs/week or about 3.8- 4.2M lbs/year however, we are capable of running 2nd shift or 3rd shift/day if the customer demands with a larger volume up to 12M lbs/year. Please send us a pail of representative sample to run a TRIAL run and show you process outcomes. 2) Color sorting for mixed colored regrinds and mixed resins- our machine can run upto 10000 lbs/hrs, however this would need a quality feedstock materials either regrind or pellets/resins with a minimal defects in it. Resin producers, compounders, masterbatch, recyclers, brokers and repro producers may seek such requirements. We have dealt with mixed regrinds, mixed colored resins, repro, mixed flakes. This process may require applying the above screening and sifting process. The output rate can vary subject to feedstock quality and final desired output.
