MSW Materials Recovery

To whom it may concern,

I am a market researcher. We are interested in obtaining information about MRFs that process municipal solid waste and recover aluminum recyclables. In an effort to obtain more used beverage cans for scrap inputs, we are exploring this industry to support government initiatives incentivizing these facilities as well as possible partnership opportunities.

I am seeking the following specific information:
-Number of "dirty" MRFs by state
-Current government incentives
-Where the recovered aluminum goes after it is recovered from the waste stream
